Job Description

Handle all incoming reservation inquiries promptly via phone, email, online travel agencies (OTAs), and the resort’s direct website

Manage booking modifications, changes, and cancellations according to established resort policies.

Handle guest queries and resolve reservation-related issues or complaints with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

Provide detailed and compelling information about the resort's facilities, services, room types, packages, and local amenities.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Internet).
