Location : Chennai, Adyar

Experience : 2 to 7 Years

Work type : WFO, Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

• Key Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment for Oil & Gas positions (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream projects)
• Sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical roles in Oil & Gas
• Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Managing recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to offer closure
• Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment reports
• Working closely with project teams to meet hiring timelines
• Mandatory Requirements:Proven recruitment experience only in Oil & Gas industry
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas roles, terminology, and project hiring
• Chennai-based candidates only
• Preference for candidates residing near Adyar or Perungudi
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred Skills: Experience in EPC, Offshore, Onshore, Refinery, or Petrochemical projects
• Familiarity with contract and permanent hiring models
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
