Job Description
Online Sales Executive – Swiggy & Zomato (F&B | 150+ Outlets):
- Manage and grow online sales across 150+ outlets on Swiggy and Zomato
- Monitor daily sales, orders, AOV, and revenue performance
- Update and maintain accurate menus, pricing, combos, and images
- Plan and execute platform promotions, discounts, and sponsored ads
- Optimize visibility, rankings, and participation in platform campaigns
- Coordinate with outlet teams to reduce cancellations and rejections
- Track and improve customer ratings and reviews
- Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate with platform account managers for better placements and commissions
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Implement strategies to improve conversion rate and profitability
- Ensure brand consistency across all listed outlets
