*Job Title: Online Sales Executive (Work From Home)*

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Onboard new customers and explain the product/service.

* Analyze customer requirements and register them in the app.

* Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Coordinate with senior officials to understand targets and follow up with team members.

* Work with internal teams and transporters to secure loads.

*Requirement:*

* Hindi Speaking Is Mandatory

* Age Should Be Below 27

* No Career Gaps

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

*Salary / Incentive Structure:*

No fixed salary (Incentive-based role).

₹10,000 incentive for the first onboarding.

₹3,000 incentive for each onboarding after the first one.

Note: Earnings depend on the number of successful onboardings.
