🚀 Hiring: Junior Operations Executive – Credit Risk & Underwriting

📍 Chennai | 🏦 NBFC / Banking (LAP & Home Loans) | ⏳ 1–3 Years Experience

We are looking for a Junior Operations Executive to support loan processing and underwriting operations for LAP and Home Loans.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of loan applications
• Verify customer documents as per checklist
• Support underwriting by summarizing financial and property details
• Follow up with customers for pending documents
• Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and technical teams
• Assist in pre- and post-disbursement documentation
• Update loan systems and prepare MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with company and RBI guidelines

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce / Finance / Business)
• 1–3 years experience in loan processing or banking/NBFC
• Basic knowledge of loan documentation and underwriting
• Good Excel and MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
