Operation Executive

This is a city-level managerial role responsible for end-to-end purchase, inventory, operations monitoring, coordination, and reporting from morning till evening.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily purchase planning & placing orders

• Ensure:

• Orders are placed correctly

• Materials are received on time

• Quantity & quality are verified

• Kitchen coordination for daily operations & production planning

• Inventory management:

• Available stock tracking

• Next-day order planning

• Inventory entry in software

• Sales monitoring & verification

• POS / software handling:

• Inventory entry

• Sales entry

• Monthly consolidated reports

• Ledger tracking & vendor payment follow-ups

• Staff coordination:

• Attendance

• Leave tracking

• Overall operational control & decision-making

• Final monthly reporting to management
