Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end international travel operations
• Coordinate with airlines, DMCs, and vendors
• Prepare itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents
• Manage bookings (flights, hotels, transfers, insurance)
• Handle visa documentation and submission process
• Ensure smooth execution of group and FIT tours
• Resolve client queries and operational issues

Tools / Software Required

• MS Excel &Word
• Travel CRM systems (Preferred)
• Airline booking portals (Amadeus / Galileo – optional)

• Degree in Travel & Tourism / MBA / any Degree
• Certification in IATA / Travel Management (Optional)

Experience Required

2+ years

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Shift Timing: Day shift
• Week Off: Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹3.5 to ₹4+ LPA (Negotiable)
• Incentives: Performance‑based
• Work Targets: Not Applicable
