Roles & Responsibilities – Operations Manager

• Plan, monitor, and ensure smooth execution of daily operations
• Implement and maintain company operational policies, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to improve productivity
• Handle manpower planning, task allocation, and shift management
• Ensure effective coordination between departments such as HR, Accounts, Admin, and Sales
• Control operational costs and optimize processes to improve efficiency
• Ensure timely completion of client requirements and service deliverables
• Strictly follow up on quality standards, compliance requirements, and safety norms
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and escalations in a timely manner
• Manage vendors and coordinate with third-party service providers
• Actively participate in new process implementation and continuous process improvement
• Guide, train, and motivate team members for improved performance
• Execute management instructions and strategic goals at the operational level
