Education - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Plastic/Electronics Engineering with business administration, operations management, or a related field is often required.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Operational Management: Overseeing and managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the organization's goals.
  • Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating teams to achieve high performance.
