Role Overview 

Mana Energy is building high-power EV charging infrastructure (240 kW / 360 kW) for cars and buses across India. We are looking for a driven, execution-oriented professional to support the day-to-day operations and on-ground setup of EV charging stations. 

This role works closely with the Head of Business and will be involved across site execution, vendor coordination, operations tracking, and stakeholder communication. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support day-to-day operations of existing EV charging stations, including uptime tracking and issue coordination 
• Assist in setup and execution of new charging stations, including site readiness and coordination with vendors and EPCs 
• Track project timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple sites 
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and utility stakeholders (DISCOMs, contractors, OEMs) 
• Prepare and maintain trackers, MIS reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders 
• Support documentation, approvals, and basic compliance requirements 
• Travel to project sites as required for coordination, inspections, and issue resolution 

Requirements 

• Experience: 1–2 years minimum in operations, projects, infrastructure, EPC, power, or related roles 
• Education: B.Tech preferred (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) 
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint 
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured startup environment 
• Languages: 
• Fluent in English 
• Working knowledge of Tamil and/or Telugu (spoken) 
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits 
• Able to join immediately or within a short notice period
