Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day involves ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure adherence to operational requirements - Implement best practices for service delivery - Conduct regular performance evaluations Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) - Strong understanding of identity and access management operations - Knowledge of Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations - Experience in managing Active Directory services Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Active Directory - This position is based at our Chennai office - A 15 years full time education is required
