Compensation: ₹3.6 – ₹4.2 LPA

Probation: 3 months

Shuttles & Needles is a contemporary handweaving organisation working across tools, yarns, education programs, and institutional partnerships. We operate through structured systems and are looking for a disciplined Operations Executive to manage daily backend execution. This is an execution-focused role. 

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate procurement and vendor follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Maintain inventory records across warehouses

•⁠ ⁠Manage domestic and international shipment coordination

•⁠ ⁠Support import and export documentation and logistics

•⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate order fulfilment

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accounting entries and assist with GST and statutory compliance

•⁠ ⁠Track receivables and vendor payments

•⁠ ⁠Maintain organised documentation and operational records

What We Are Looking For

•⁠ ⁠3 to 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or accounts coordination

•⁠ ⁠Strong follow-up and organisational skills

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of GST and statutory compliance

Probation

The first 3 months will be a structured probation period to assess execution accuracy, process adherence, and reliability. Confirmation will be based on performance against defined operational KPIs.
