Job Description
Ofline is an AI-powered marketplace helping customers discover, browse, and pre-order from local shops, and complete purchases through in-store pickup or dine-in — without waiting.
We are looking for a proactive Operations Intern to manage and streamline real-time coordination between the Ofline app and partner merchants. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order flow, merchant responsiveness, and overall user experience and also on-ground customer activation.
Timings:
- 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- OR
- 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure smooth order flow between app and merchants
- Coordinate with shop staff for timely order acceptance and preparation
- Handle delays, cancellations, and resolve issues quickly
On-Ground Responsibilities
- Encourage walk-in customers to use Ofline App at the shop
- Guide customers to view menu and order through the app
- Educate customers about pre-ordering to avoid waiting
