Must required Skills: People Management, Process Development, Should have experience in Warehouse, End to End Operation- First Mile, Mid Mile and Last Mile, Local Language Mandate.  Leading on-boarding of new vendors/maintenance of existing vendors from documentation to completion of online order.  Handling Software and Mobile App based business and also helping to handle new item setup, ongoing error handling & escalation to developer resources, etc.  Oversee month end close for eCommerce channels, working with operations & finance, billing accruals, inventory reconciliation, AR/AP issues & management reporting.  A comprehensive understanding of the logistics systems  Experience in end-to-end e-commerce & mobile commerce process management  Familiarity with leading ecommerce platforms  Experience in ecommerce sales  Hire, train, and manage ecommerce staff & Building, guiding and managing team of 20 Plus employees  Preparation of MIS Reports  Report all Website/Mobile App bugs/issues and work with developers to find resolutions;  Regularly test site enhancements to ensure proper functionality  Drive strategy for eCommerce platform, order management and fulfilment process  Liaise with various stake holders, business analysts and project managers  The eCommerce Operations Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives.  This is a multidisciplinary role, where the primary purpose is to ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day operational management across all eCommerce offers and processes.  This role will engage with, and support, several departments including Order Fulfilment, Stores, Delivery, Customer Care, IT & Financial Services.  This position will work with internal and external partners to address issues and concerns and continually look for ways to improve the processes and systems.  This position will also work with management to develop strategy and long-term planning for the eCommerce operations team.
