Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operational & Facility Management: Oversees daily building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.
• Maintenance Planning: Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and ensures repairs are completed promptly.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Manages external service providers for cleaning, security, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs.
• Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Develops and manages operating budgets, approves expenditures, and identifies cost-saving opportunities.
• Staff Leadership & Management: Hires, trains, and supervises maintenance and administrative staff, setting performance goals and managing daily schedules
