| Non alerted frauds, Root Cause Analysis to be done and report to be submitted with justification and corrective actions to be taken with respective stake holders |
| False Positive Ration to analysed and report to be published on a weekly basis for the Core and Non Core rules |
| Transaction Detection Rate |
| Checker control related data mining to be carried out if any false actioning done by the monitoring team members |
| Ensure all the mails addressed to FRM team are responsed and forwarded to concern stake holders without any mail |
| Debit cards dispute cases to be investigated within 14 days from the date of reference with clear conclusion |
| Training to be imparted to the analysts on the market fraud trends, identification of fraudulent transactions etc |
