Operations Team Leader

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline end-to-end operations across three departments at HBS. This role will be responsible for managing Warehouse operations, logistics and accounts teams and improve customer service delivery, ensuring smooth daily functioning and scalability of the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–7 years experience in warehouse / logistics / operations management
• Experience in 3PL, storage, e-commerce logistics, or supply chain
• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
