Operations Team Member- Quality and Control-SUPPORT SERVICES-Operations 360
Role
•Co-ordinate and collaborate with business to understand the requirement
•Provide system solutions for business requirement
•Identify opportunity for new system solutions
•Analyse & understand the requirement in detail and conduct impact analysis
•To manage a team of business analysts
•Ensure detailed documentation of Requirement Specification is completed and change management process is followed
•Provide detailed understanding to IT team, Technical team and Testing team
•Coordinate with IT for Functional specification documents (FSD)
•Coordinate with Tech team lead & Test team lead to review FSD and provide inputs
•Review FSD and provide/add inputs to ensure impact analysis is covered. Final sign off to be provided IT
•Coordinate with test team lead and review all test scenarios
•Responsible of change request tracking and monitoring with project management tools like Gantt chart
•To share dashboard and MIS of all change request with expected v/s actual delivery timelines
•Thorough analysis of system issues faced post implementation and provide resolution
•Coordinating with different teams to understand and resolve the issues
•Coordinate with business teams post implementation for process roll outs and control management
•Map expected v/s actual benefit of changes post implementation
