Operations Team Member-WBG OPERATIONS (OPS)-Trade Finance Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Trade Finance Operations team within the Wholesale Banking Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day trade transactions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely and error-free execution of trade-related services.

Handle day-to-day trade transactions and understand client requirements. Coordinate with CPC for transaction processing and discrepancy resolution. Liaise with various business groups within the bank for operational support. Ensure error-free and timely execution of trade transactions. Adhere to compliance and internal operational guidelines. Coordinate with clients and correspondent banks to resolve queries raised by Trade Finance/CMS Operations. Issue Letters of Credit and ensure proper documentation. Conduct initial scrutiny of trade documents before forwarding to CPC for processing. Attend to front-end requirements of corporate customers. Coordinate with CPC, CMS, and Clearing teams to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements. Ensure all transactions are processed within agreed turnaround times (TAT). Maintain familiarity with Trade Finance and CMS products.
