What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities: Gather and qualify requirements from business users and clients for RTR product implementation. Ensure acceptance criteria and arrive at a solution blueprint. • Commit to solution cost and schedule and obtain stake holder buy in • Someone who is able to drive client conversations during pre-solution, solutioning stage • Deliver to plan and ensure & monitor client service deliverables to attain contractual service levels and compliance • Manage the project financial to ensure the cost vs. recovery is aligned • Oversee customer escalation management and ensure timely resolution and share the voice of the customer to other stakeholders • Create, maintain and utilize delivery and sales assets that are relevant to demonstrate thought leadership, and/ or reduce delivery effort and timelines.
