Position Purpose

Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of paint shop equipment by executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to support uninterrupted production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on paint shop equipment and systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns efficiently
• Maintain and service robots, conveyors, spray booths, ovens, and paint circulation systems
• Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Execute predictive maintenance activities to prevent unplanned downtime
• Record maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and spare usage in maintenance systems
• Escalate recurring issues and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability

Qualifications

• Technical High School Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an automotive paint shop or similar manufacturing environment

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance
• Experience with industrial robots, conveyors, and paint process equipment
• Ability to read electrical drawings, mechanical layouts, and maintenance manuals
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Awareness of safety procedures and quality standards
