Hiring: Bus Captain / Travel Executive – Smart Bus

Location: Velachary, Tamilnadu

 Hiring for Chennai Locations: Siruseri, Koyambedu. Also for Coimbatore. Accommodation provided for candidates relocating to Siruseri location.

Work Location: Koyambedu / Central / Velachery / OMR/ Siruseri / Shollinganallur Madiwala (any location nearest to the candidate)

🔹 Job Details: Shift Type: Full‑time, Night Shifts (Permanent)

·  Shift Timing: 7 PM – 11 PM departures | Return next morning (10–12 hrs round trip) 6 hours up Journey and 6 hours immediate return Journey back to base location.

·  Example: Login at 10 PM → travel 6 hrs → switch bus → return by 10 AM/11 AM

Responsibilities:

    Passenger hospitality & comfort during travel

   Ticket verification & spot bookings

   Promote return journey tickets with discounts

  Collect feedback, ratings & reviews

   Maintain daily accounts & reports

   Coordinate with bus drivers & cleaning staff

   Ensure passenger safety (toilets, GPS, internet access available onboard)

Requirements:

 Age: 19 – 35 years (Male candidates only)

Education: Min. 10th / Diploma / Inter / any Degree

 Languages: Fluent Tamil + Basic English (mandatory)

· Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, supervisor/incharge, admin

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers: ₹17,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner + Insurance

Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month

Bonuses: ₹4,000 after 2 months + ₹4,000 after 4th month + 4000 after 6th month

Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month for ticket sales, spot bookings & feedback collection
