Hiring: Bus Captain / Travel Executive – Smart Bus

Location: Siruseri (near Velachery/OMR), Chennai | Also hiring for Velachery & Koyambedu

Accommodation provided for candidates relocating to Siruseri

• Job Details Shift Type: Full‑time, Night Shifts (Permanent)
• Shift Timing: 7 PM – 11 PM departures | Return next morning (10–12 hrs round trip)
• Example: Login at 10 PM → travel 6 hrs → switch bus → return by 10 AM/11 AM next day morning.

Responsibilities:

Passenger hospitality & comfort during travel

• Ticket verification & spot bookings, Promote return journey tickets with discounts
• Collect feedback, ratings & reviews
• Maintain daily accounts & reports, Coordinate with bus drivers & cleaning staff
• Ensure passenger safety (toilets, GPS, internet access available onboard)

• Requirements: Age: 19 – 35 years (Male candidates only)
• Education: Min. 10th / Diploma / Inter / Degree any one can apply.
• Languages: Fluent Tamil + Basic English (mandatory)
• Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, supervisor/incharge, admin, customer support, rapport building, convincing skills, interaction skills
• Eligibility: Candidates within 12 km of Siruseri OR willing to relocate (accommodation provided)
• Salary & Benefits: Freshers: ₹17,000/month + Incentives + Free Dinner
• Freshers and Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000/month
• Bonuses: ₹6,000 after 3 months + ₹6,000 after 6 months
• Incentives: ₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month for ticket sales & feedback collection
