Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee payroll support. The role ensures accurate and timely salary disbursement while supporting HR and Finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and statutory filings
- Maintain payroll records and generate reports
- Handle employee payroll queries, final settlements, and gratuity
- Manage payroll data in HRMS and support process improvements
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Indian payroll & labor laws
- Experience with payroll software/HRMS
- High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
