People And Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Drive performance reviews, onboarding, and HR policies, engagement

· Support employee engagement and culture initiatives

· Execute go-to-market activities and employer branding activities. Manage LinkedIn presence, content coordination, and campaigns

· Handle basic finance coordination: Salary processing, invoicing follow-ups, expense tracking, vendor payments (with CA support)

· Maintain people, finance, and operations data in a structured manner

What We’re Looking For

· 3–4 years’ experience in HR + Marketing

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Startup mindset with ownership and execution focus

· Comfortable working independently and wearing multiple hats

· Experience with LinkedIn marketing or employer branding is a plus
