Performance Marketing Specialist

Dsignxt is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with a strong focus on eCommerce growth. This role is for someone who lives and breathes ROAS, purchases, scaling, and optimisation, not just impressions and clicks.

You will work on high-impact brands, manage performance budgets, and drive measurable revenue growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise eCommerce performance campaigns with a strong focus on Purchases & ROAS

Manage paid campaigns across META, Google Ads, LinkedIn, X and other relevant platforms

Build and scale full-funnel strategies (Prospecting, Retargeting, Scaling)

Optimise creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing journeys

• Track performance using GA4, Meta Events, Google Tag Manager, and platform dashboards
• Analyse data, identify insights, and continuously improve conversion rates
• Work closely with creative, design, and content teams to improve ad performance
• Manage budgets efficiently and report on performance metrics clearly.

Required Skills & Experience

2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance / Growth Marketing

Strong expertise in META & Google Ads (mandatory)

Proven experience in eCommerce marketing with purchase-driven campaigns

Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, AOV, LTV, and funnel optimisation

• Experience with audience strategy, creative testing, and scaling frameworks
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
