PHE Engineering Manager

Job Description:

• Preparation of design, Bill of Quantities, Good for Construction Drawings, etc., for all components of Public Health Engineering System in buildings like water supply, sanitary, roof drainage, water/wastewater treatment, Storm water management, solid waste management, Landscape irrigation etc. pertaining projects like Metro stations, Road tunnels, Car Parks, OCC Buildings, Industrial Buildings
• Review of tender documents and preparation of BOQ
• Perform all MEP design activities and coordinate with Architect, Structure, Electrical, ELV systems, Piping, Fire Fighting and HVAC Engineering to ensure quality compliance in accordance with client & owner expectations in most economical manner
• Coordinate with various stakeholders for vendor finalisation.
• Vendor Management including obtaining details from vendor, review of vendor documents, shop drawings etc.
• Obtain all approvals from Stake holders – Clients, Client representative, Consultant, Approval authorities.
• Visiting project sites for verifying and resolving all design related issues. 

Requirement:

• Should have experience in design of Public Heath Engineering (PHE) system for above mentioned projects.
• Should be Conversant with Indian & international codes, statutory requirements and Standards used in the design of PHE system.
• Ability to work as a team and coordinate with other services (Architecture, Structure, and other MEP services) 
• Knowledge on specification of materials used in PHE system
• Should be well versed with all software’s used in the design
• Knowledge on installation and commissioning of PHE components
• Knowledge on design, installation, and operation maintenance of treatment of water, wastewater, and solid waste
• Should have knowledge on Green Building norms
