We are looking for a skilled and responsible Phlebotomist to join our Thyrocare franchise on a full-time basis. If you are passionate about patient care and accurate sample collection, this role offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to work with a trusted diagnostics brand.

Role OverviewThe Phlebotomist will be responsible for safe and accurate blood sample collection while ensuring patient comfort and adherence to quality and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venous and capillary blood collection accurately
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and dispatch of samples
• Follow hygiene, safety, and infection-control protocols
• Handle patients professionally and with empathy
• Support home sample collection when required
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area
• Eligibility & SkillsCertification or Diploma in Phlebotomy / DMLT / MLT
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (freshers with training may apply)
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
• Knowledge of sample handling and biosafety standards
• Willingness to work full time and travel for home collections
