Picker / Packer

The Picker / Packer is responsible for accurately picking products from inventory, packing them securely, and preparing orders for dispatch. The role ensures timely order fulfillment while maintaining accuracy, safety, and quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick items from warehouse locations as per picking lists or system instructions
• Pack products securely using appropriate packing materials
• Label packages correctly with order, customer, and shipping details
• Verify quantity and quality of items before packing
• Prepare orders for shipment and hand over to dispatch team
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
• Follow safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
• Assist in stock counting and inventory checks when required
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to supervisors
