Eligibility: 10th/12th, ITI, Diploma, Graduate (Pass/Fail)

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our warehouse team. The Picker and Packer will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory and preparing them for shipment. This role is crucial to ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets or scanning systems
• Pack items securely and efficiently for shipping
• Label packages correctly and verify order details before dispatch
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform quality checks on items to ensure they are not damaged or expired
• Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is an advantage
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required
