Picker / Packer

Job Responsibilities:

Picking products from shelves as per order list

Packing items accurately and safely

Ensuring correct quantity and quality of products

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store

Coordinating with supervisors and delivery staff

Following company SOPs and safety guidelines

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month

Performance Bonus: ₹2,000 per month

Overtime Pay: ₹135 per hour

Incentives as per company policy

Working Hours:

Shift-based duty

Overtime available

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or below

Freshers can apply

Physically fit for standing and lifting items

Basic understanding of local language

Experience:

Fresher / Experience both can apply
