PL/SQL Developer

Skills & Experience

The candidate would be a self-starter and capable of working independently to high standards of quality. The candidate will be a senior member of a team that will work with subject matter expert (SMEs) and perform tasks associated with the full system development life cycle including Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance. The candidate is expected to perform the following functions:

• 6 + years of experience in Oracle development environment preferably in financial domain.

• Advanced expertise in Oracle tools and technologies - Oracle 19c, SQL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL Standard Packages, SQL Loader, Optimization.

• Proficiency in reporting tools like Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience in development of Data Warehouse, Operational Data Store, and ETL solutions.

• Experience with Agile development methodology.

• Knowledge of shell and python scripting.

• Knowledge of Data Lake query engines like Dremio is a plus.

• Ability to communicate with users and provide quality production support.

• Proven and demonstrated experience in full system development life cycle – Analysis, Design, Programming, Testing, Implementation and Maintenance

• Proven conceptual, analytical and judgment skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
