Planning Manager - Elevated & Cut-Cover

Qualification Required : BE Civil (Fulltime)

1) Candidate shall have experience in Planning of similar large scale construction projects (Elevated Metros).

2) Candidate shall have good knowledge Primavera & MSP.

3) Candidate shall have good knowledge in Construction Scheduling, WBS, Progress Monitoring, Costing & Budgeting.

4) Candidate shall have good knowledge about Elevated & UG Metro Project construction elements like Viaduct, Station construction.

5) The Candidate shall determine the resources required from beginning to end while keeping in mind budgetary constraints and will plan all construction operations and arrange adequate milestones to keep track so as to achieve all deadlines.

6) Co-ordination of sites with Enabling design, Equipment, Procurement Departments.

7) Conducted meetings with the external agencies, clients, architects & consultants for determining technical specifications and getting approvals to ensure smooth operations

8) Interacted with the clients for understanding their requirements and accordingly preparing schedule of work and ensuring work is done as per the requirements.
