Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Generate, qualify, and register leads in the CRM system
  • Explain project details (location, pricing, amenities, offers) to clients
  • Schedule site visits for the sales team
  • Follow up regularly with leads to maintain engagement
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead updates
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Ensure quick response time to all enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, portals)
  • Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
