Presales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
• Make outbound calls to explain project details and schedule site visits.
• Regularly follow up with prospects until booking is closed.
• Maintain lead database and daily follow-up tracker.
• Coordinate with sales team for site visits and client updates.
• Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and location highlights.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be a graduate
• Should have real estate Experience
• Preference will be for Women
