ObjectiveWe are looking for a dedicated and professional Family Fitness Trainer to design and lead a comprehensive health transformation program. The goal is to improve the overall physical well-being of the family through structured strength training, functional movement, and endurance building.

• Conduct initial fitness assessments for each family member to establish baseline and health targets.
• Customized Programming: Develop tailored workout plans focusing on:
• Muscle Strengthening: Hypertrophy and resistance training.
• General Fitness: Cardiovascular health, flexibility, and core stability.
• Sport-Specific Training: Specialized conditioning for tennis-specific agility, lateral movement, and explosive power.
• Execution & Instruction: Lead 1-on-1 or group sessions, ensuring impeccable form to prevent injury and maximize efficiency.
• Progress Tracking: Provide monthly reports on strength gains, body composition changes, and endurance levels.
• Key Requirements & "Must-Haves"Experience: Proven track record in personal training, specifically with families or multi-generational clients.
• Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, ACSM, NASM, or equivalent) with a strong foundation in Anatomy and Physiology.
• Specialization: Knowledge in Strength & Conditioning for athletes (specifically tennis) is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: High levels of discipline, punctuality, and the ability to motivate different personality types within a household.
• Equipment Management: Ability to design effective workouts using home gym equipment, free weights, or resistance bands.
