PROCESS ADHERENCE SPECIALIST

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Process Adherence Specialist to conduct risk-based audits of our SULB, ensuring operational effectiveness, regulatory compliance, and mitigating potential risks

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Co-ordination:

1. Co- Ordinate with internal and external audit teams on reports and collate responses from process owners

2. Review loan files, documentation, and processes.

3. Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and governance.

Process Controls:

1. Prepare process controls on observations raised

2. Identify findings, provide recommendations, and create action plans.

General Responsibilities:

1. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.

2. Collaborate with external auditors and regulators.

3. Conduct special audits and investigations.

4. Respond to Audit observations and recommendations from Internal Audit teams

5. Prepare system and process controls to prevent recurrence

6. Monitor and publish results of system controls and report exceptions.

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in internal auditing or related field.

2. Strong knowledge of banking regulations (RBI guidelines).

3. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

4. Experience with audit software and tools.

5. Knowledge of data analysis, querying and visualization tools.
