Job Description
- Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and support the sales team.
- Prepare HVAC quotations and proposals in coordination with the estimation/engineering team.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, approvals, and order confirmations.
- Maintain enquiry records, customer database, and sales trackers.
- Handle client communication through email and phone in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments after order confirmation.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and MIS.
- Assist in documentation such as PO, WO, invoices, and contracts.
- Attend client meetings when required and prepare MOM.
