Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Educational Loan Processor to handle end-to-end processing of education loan applications for students planning to study abroad. The role involves coordination with students, banks/NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan approvals.

Key Responsibilities

Handle education loan processing for study abroad applicants (USA, UK, Canada, Europe, etc.)

Collect, verify, and organize student and co-applicant documents

Assist students in understanding loan eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and lending partners for application submission and follow-ups

Track loan application status and ensure timely disbursement

Maintain accurate records and MIS reports

Resolve student and lender queries related to loan processing

Ensure compliance with company policies and lender requirements

Eligibility & Requirements

Any graduate (Arts / Science / Commerce / Management preferred)

0–2 years of experience in education loans, banking, NBFCs, or study abroad consultancy (freshers can apply)

Basic knowledge of education loan procedures is an added advantage

Good communication skills in English (Tamil preferred)

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
