Process Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join as US Mortgage Underwriter Trainees. This role involves learning and supporting the underwriting process by analyzing financial documents and assisting in loan evaluation as per US mortgage guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing loan applications and supporting documents

Analyze basic details related to income, credit, and assets

Support senior underwriters in loan assessment and decision-making

Verify documents such as bank statements, payslips, and credit reports

Ensure data accuracy and maintain proper documentation

Learn and adhere to US mortgage guidelines and compliance standards

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of finance/accounting concepts

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Good communication skills

Training will be provided on US Mortgage process

Opportunity to grow into Underwriter role

Immediate joiners preferred

Willingness to work in night shift (US timings)
