Job Description
- Job Title: Telecaller – Education LoansResponsibilities:Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding education loan inquiries.
- Explain education loan eligibility, interest rates, repayment options, and required documentation clearly.
- Follow up with interested applicants to ensure completion of loan applications.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to support the loan approval process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and applicant details in the system/CRM.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolution related to education loans.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Requirements:Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (banking/financial services preferred).
- Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
