Procurement Manager

AARAA Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for a seasoned Procurement Manager with strong hands-on experience in Civil and MEP procurement. This role demands complete ownership of sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, and timely material delivery for ongoing infrastructure projects. Candidates without real-time project procurement exposure will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities (Execution-Driven)

• Take full responsibility for end-to-end procurement of Civil & MEP materials.
• Source, evaluate, and finalize vendors for Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, and Mechanical items.
• Negotiate best prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules aggressively.
• Ensure on-time availability of materials at project sites without impacting execution timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Project, Site, Stores, and Finance teams.
• Prepare and manage POs, comparative statements, vendor contracts, and rate analysis.
• Monitor material consumption, control wastage, and prevent cost overruns.
• Maintain and update approved vendor lists.
• Handle procurement planning as per project schedules and BOQs.
• Resolve vendor disputes and supply issues immediately.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in Procurement for BOTH CIVIL & MEP is COMPULSORY.
• Strong exposure to construction / infrastructure procurement.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, brands, specifications, and market rates.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor-management skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical background preferred due to MEP exposure).
• MBA / PG in Supply Chain or Materials Management is an added advantage.
