Procurement Manager – Construction

Location: Guindy, Chennai

Experience: 3–8 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on skills)

Timing: Day shift

Job Role

Handle end-to-end procurement of construction materials like steel, cement, aggregates, etc. Identify and on board reliable vendors; manage price negotiations and quality checks 

Coordinate with project/site teams for timely material requirements 

Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery timelines 

Maintain vendor database, inventory records, and procurement documentation 

Implement cost-saving strategies and ensure compliance with procurement policies 

Track market trends and suggest sourcing improvements 

If you have experience in Civil / PEB / Building Materials, apply now:

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field 

- 5-10 years of procurement experience in civil construction projects 

- Good knowledge of vendor management, cost control & project coordination 

- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software (SAP/Tally preferred)
