Product - User Engagement Specialist


The User Engagement Specialist will sync all projects that aim to increase the organic improvement of user engagement with the platform. Both external user and internal.

This person define and be the focal point for any project that aims to send automated communications to users, both internal and external, ensuring technical compliance and balancing the user experience due to these communications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects that aim to increase organic portal user engagement
  • Oversee, direct and advise other user engagement project leaders on how to effectively integrate their project into the existing user engagement scheme
  • Plan and activate user engagement tools for accuracy, scale and automation (ChurnZero and/other)
  • Manage production deliverables and capabilities with service-level SLA
  • Develop communication campaigns, plays & walkthroughs strategies, define segments and target audiences of users for engagement and conversion based on business KPI’s
  • Keep up-to-date with new capabilities - Learn, adapt and implement best practices, technologies and methods
  • Create, maintain and track business related KPI, using alerts to internal stakeholders and follow-up procedures
  • Conduct regular data checks for data integrity and alert stakeholders accordingly
  • Design the system and processes to support thousands of users effectively

 

Key Role Targets:

 

  • Production capabilities SLA within Activate standards
  • Create scalable procedures for all production capabilities
    • For supporting existing deliverables
    • For creating new features
    • For supporting future deliverables
  • Ensure new CSM and PE are adequately onboarded onto ChurnZero
    • Training
    • Procedures
    • Alerts management
  • Ensure timely deployment and integrity of existing and new engagement projects

 

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in data analysis applicable to client-related business issues
  • Experience designing operational processes with scale at mind
  • Strong analytical aptitude, using data to extract continuous improvement decisions
  • Polished, persuasive, call-to-action communication skills with clients as the main target audience
  • Tech savvy
  • High level of Excel. Prior experience creating dashboards in Power Bi/BI tool – an advantage
