Production Executive

Production Planning & Execution

• Plan daily and weekly production schedules based on orders and targets.
• Ensure smooth execution of the production plan while maintaining efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Quality Control & Food Safety

• Monitor the entire production process to ensure products meet food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, etc.).
• Conduct quality checks at various stages — raw materials, processing, and finished goods.

Manpower & Resource Management

• Supervise production staff and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Inventory & Procurement Support

• Monitor raw material and packaging material levels.
• Coordinate with the purchase department for timely replenishment of stocks.

Process Improvement & Cost Control

• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for better productivity and reduced wastage.
• Monitor production costs and work towards cost efficiency.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain production records, batch sheets, and daily reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene standards, and statutory regulations.
