Job Description: Production Operation Trainee

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should have basic knowledge of their trade and should be ITI / relevant trade studied.
• Language proficiency: Tamil and English (reading & writing).
• Candidates must not be enrolled in or have completed any apprenticeship in any organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day production and operation activities.
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Support senior operators in machine handling and production processes.
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness at the workplace.
