Production Supervisor

• Position: Production Supervisor

• Experience: Fresher to 6 years

• Gender: Male 

• Roles & Responsibilities:Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved.

• Supervise shop-floor workers and assign tasks as per production requirements.

• Ensure all production processes follow safety and quality standards.

• Maintain production reports, shift records, and machinery logs.

• Coordinate with the quality team for inspections and defect rectification.

• Manage material flow and maintain proper stock levels.

• Support in improving productivity and reducing downtime.

• Ensure cleanliness and 5S activities on the shop floor.

• Identify minor issues in machines and report them to the maintenance team.

• Assist in workforce training and skill development.

• Skills Required:Basic understanding of production / manufacturing operations

• Good communication and team-handling skills

• Ability to manage shifts and workers

• Problem-solving and quick decision-making

• Knowledge of safety rules and quality standards (added advantage)

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable)

• Eligibility: BE or  Any degree

• Fresher or candidates with up to 4 years of production experience

Should be physically fit and ready to work on the shop floor
