Work Experience Essential • Minimum 5 years experience in production operations and 10+ years overall experience. • Minimum requirement of bachelors Engineering degree/MBA/Relevant Qualifications. • Strong management and leadership skills.. • Strong ability to multitask Desirable Preferable to have diversity candidate with relevant shopfloor experience • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory. • Strong management and leadership skills.. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate your thoughts clearly. • Enthusiasm in data driven approach. • Innovative and quick response to spot the issues and provide turn around. • Handling the new Projects initiatives. • Strong ability to multitask • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
