M6, Supervisor, Production operations 
Responsibilities:
•	Must have good people handling capabilities and communication skills
•	Make sure KPI targets are met on Daily, Weekly, Monthly and report
•	working knowledge on automated process and Digital Application systems .
•	Exposure to mass production, knowledge of capacity planning. Currently working in the line and aware of critical processes,
•	Problem solving techniques ( PDCA and Six sigma), should be able to articulate the problems across to Team members, familiar with safety standards and ISO systems.
•	Understands resource allocation requirements relative to IDC and Qtr End based on customer demand
•	Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes.
•	Knowledge of product/process/material flow/Inventory Management
•	Uses scheduling, materials and order processing systems.
•	Controlling WIP inventory, Rejections, Rework, Scrap rate
•	Responsible for Productivity Ramp Plan and productivity drive.
•	Working with cross functional teams like Quality, NPI, Process Engg and Safety to ensure smooth running of production. 
•	Drive improvement innovation ideas generation and implementation
•	Compliant with Lean, Daily process audit,6S,Annual Ethics Training & ISO standards
•	Motivating factory employees to continually achieve factory targets.
•	Responsible for Operators Skill-set improvement by engaging them in MOD programs and career improvements.
Work Experience
Essential 
•	Minimum 5 years experience in production operations and 10+ years overall experience.
•	Minimum requirement of bachelors Engineering degree/MBA/Relevant Qualifications. 
•	Strong management and leadership skills.. 
•	Strong ability to multitask
Desirable
Preferable to have diversity candidate with relevant shopfloor experience
•	Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
