Program Management

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Independently drive and execute tactical projects within ATPD with minimal supervision
  • Planning management: Update and track plan vs actuals - Portfolio plan / Program plan / Project plan, Track, monitor overall deliverables / KPIs
  • Budget management: Update and maintain overall portfolio program budget, closely work with Platform Program managers on the budget escalation, Savings and align with finance team for the monthly management approvals/meetings, Support with accurate budget inputs/synthesis for management strategic meeting, Organise and coordinate weekly meetings with Platform team & Finance team to align on new budget related topics.
  • Track, monitor, and control financial payment processes (Capex, Revenue, Forex) linked to R&D, Engineering consultancies, and ensure timely closures.
  • Scope management: Responsible to ensure getting approved PRF (Product request form) from product planning team and facilitate project admittance from PD heads and engage platform team on the program. Maintain revision history of PRF/PDB (Product definition book)
  • Organise and facilitate required training programs and evaluate the upskill/outcome of trainings and work on continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and manage high-quality data records with strong emphasis on availability, accuracy, and up-to-date reporting
  • Basics of Financial acumen to be able to communicate with clarity with Finance stakeholders
  • Conducts sanity checks on critical compliance parameters in contract and consultancy documents based on predefined rules.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to convert observations and symptoms into structured problem statements and actionable issue management framework

Experience

  • Proficiency in MS365 tools, Think cell, Power BI, MS Project and project tracking tools
  • Ability to synthesize information and present it with clarity
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High accountability and proactive mindset
  • Experience or understanding of Vehicle projects, financial tracking in R&D or technology-driven environments

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

  • BE, B-Tech, with MBA (preferred Tier-2 B-school)
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile, ScrumMaster (Optional)
  • Background in leadership assignments on engineering or any technical discipline is a plus
