Project Coordinator

 

  • Monitoring project supply materials progress for timely delivery of the materials
  • Attending meetings with Clients/Customers/Consultants to ensure that all contract conditions are met as per timeline
  • complete Vendor Management 
  • Co-ordinating with the engineering & design centre and also with the customers/clients providing approvals ensuring timely delivery as per project requirement
  • Co-ordination with other related functions viz. procurement, quality, accounts to ensure that necessary inputs are shared with the project team within the agreed timelines 
  • Preparation of reports, presentations for Business review meetings, Performance review meetings
  • Variation analysis on the actual Vs budget and take necessary corrective actions 
  • Escalate delays, deviations in terms of time /milestone
  • Ensuring that project meets all the systems compliances
